Peli ISP EU120060-5020 – Inter-Stacking Pallet Case
When a payload stands tall, ships heavy and absolutely has to arrive intact, the Peli™ ISP² EU120060-5020 is built for the job. This is a large-format, interlocking logistics case engineered around a single idea: move high or bulky equipment across road, sea and air without the load ever shifting, flooding or getting crushed under the case stacked on top of it. Rotationally moulded from tough polyethylene and reinforced with structural ribs and impact-resistant corners, it behaves less like packaging and more like part of your transport infrastructure.
Stacking that locks together, not just piles up
The defining feature is the Inter-Stacking Pattern (ISP): a 10×10 cm grid moulded into the top and base of every case. Set one case onto another and the two patterns engage mechanically, so the stack behaves as a single stable column instead of a wobbling tower. Loads stop sliding, pallets pack tighter and containers or aircraft holds fill up predictably. Because the geometry is standardised across the ISP² range, EU120060-5020 cases interlock cleanly with one another, letting you build tidy, tied-together stacks.
Positive anti-shear lid locks keep the lid precisely aligned even when the case takes a hard knock, and all hardware is recessed so nothing snags on netting, straps or neighbouring cases during handling.
Sealed against water, dust and pressure
A tongue-and-groove closure runs the full perimeter of the lid, backed by a silicone sponge O-ring that compresses into the channel to shut out driving rain, spray and fine dust. For journeys that cross altitudes or big temperature swings, a mechanical pressure relief valve (PRV) lets the case equalise internal and external pressure automatically — so the seal keeps doing its job and the lid stays easy to open after a flight or a cold night on the tarmac.
Where it earns its keep
The tall EU120060-5020 format was made for the awkward, valuable and mission-critical loads that ordinary boxes simply can't handle:
- Defence and aerospace: long tubes, launcher components, antenna masts and sensitive field equipment that has to survive rough transport and rapid redeployment.
- Satellite and telecom: mast sections, dish elements and calibration gear moving between sites and test facilities.
- Industrial: tall instruments, spare modules and precision assemblies shipped between plants or out to service crews.
- Museums and fine art: sculptures and delicate objects that need a sealed, cushioned and trackable ride.
Configured around your operation
No two logistics chains are identical, so the ISP² platform is built to be specified rather than simply bought off a shelf. Cases ship with either a hinged lid for quick, repeated access or a fully removable cover for loading bulky items from above. Hardware can be galvanised or stainless steel, with padlock hasps for security in transit. Add a pressure relief valve for air freight, internal humidity indicators to monitor long-term storage, and crane lifting rings or integrated pallet bases where forklifts and cranes do the heavy lifting.
Made in Europe and available in several colours for fleet coding and quick identification — black is the standard, most-requested finish.
