Installation Guide

Replacing a Peli latch requires only a Philips-head screwdriver and takes under five minutes:

1. Open the case and locate the two recessed screws securing the latch to the case body (accessible from inside the case lid or base).
2. Remove both screws and lift out the old latch.
3. Position the new latch over the screw holes and reinsert the screws.
4. Tighten firmly — do not overtighten, as the latch housing is polymer.
